Looking for a personalized gift for one of your pets this year?
Well, follow these directions and you can give someone your paw print. If you are really sharp like me you can autograph it, too!
Okay, I really didn’t do that part. Don’t tell Chip, though, because it looks like he was able to sign the one he made and I don’t want him knowing he can do something I can do – – well, something besides be small!
I got this idea from my pets. Recently they made a print of their little pet’s paws and it made me want to do it!
Mine came out great, don’t you think!
Here’s what you need:
1/2 cup of salt
1/2 cup of plain flour
1/4 cup of water
Combine these ingredients and knead until everything is wet. Then roll and smooth the dough. Put paw into dough and made imprint.
Bake in oven for 3 hours at 200 degrees F. Once cool you can paint your name or outline your pad. Once that has dried then seal it with decoupage to keep it forever!
I’ve put up what I did with my paw, send me a picture of your prints!
